LXF CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers fitness that is by design broad, general, and inclusive. Here at LXF we teach functional movement patterns, or movements that you find in real life – pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

Obstacle Course Racing

This class is perfect if you’re interested in doing any Obstacle course race, like Spartan or Tough Mudder. If you’re interested in trying something new and are looking for some fun, then this is for you! Classes will include skill specific work, foundational strength, grip, core, and some endurance-based activities like rowing, biking, and running. Obstacle course racing (OCR)/Ninja classes are all inclusive, accommodating all skills and ability levels.

Endure Fit

A perfect Sunday class for those looking to improve their
endurance. You can expect a combination of running, rowing, and biking, along with a few other movements to get the heart rate pumping. Focused on building an anaerobic base, this class prepares you to keep moving for longer periods of time. So whether you're preparing for a race or simply looking to improve your stamina, this is right up your alley!

Customized Fitness Programs

A customized training plan specifically tailored toward you and your goals. This package provides a workout plan to be executed on your own time without the in-person presence of a trainer. This is ideal for someone who is familiar with movement and simply needs a more structured regiment.

Accomplish your goals on your terms. Whether it’s working out 3 days a week for 60 minutes or 5 days a week for 30 minutes or somewhere in between. As the 4-week program comes to a close, we will discuss your next steps so you can continue the progress you’ve made.

Military, Emergency Services, & Law enforcement (MEL) training

LXF’s MEL program fuses CrossFit, rucking, obstacle/ninja and other fitness disciplines into a focused program that will help even the most seasoned professional improve their fitness.  The MEL program has been created utilizing the experience of a 26-year Marine Corps veteran with the expertise of Coach Aliyah and her 16-years of coaching.  Come out for the MEL program if you want to improve your scores for selection/promotion or simply feel you need a challenge to help you perform your best in your demanding line of work.
