Aliyah is an unbelievable trainer. Proven in Downingtown has got me working out safer and harder. After only three days I feel my muscles getting more toned and my posture is better. The gym is very clean and organized and they make it easy to track your progress and pay with Venmo app. Highly recommend if you’re new to CrossFit like me! The 6am classes fit my lifestyle perfectly.
The trainers are great, positive and really push you! But the best part is that everyone training is super outgoing and welcoming..it's like a community! Everyone knows each others names and supports one another. As a newcomer to Cross Fit this was really important for me since I felt uncomfortable with almost all the moves. Highly recommend....and you will get fit!

Aliyah is an amazing coach. She genuinely cares about her people, pushes us hard, and focuses on teaching the right form. Aliyah is inspiring and am so glad to have the opportunity to learn from her!
I’ve been working with Aliyah for over 18 months and the experience as coach/client has been amazing. She is very attuned to individual needs and focuses on injury prevention and rehab. As an “older” competitor, she has managed to use her vast experience and education to turn me from a middling age group competitor into someone that can compete well against people half my age! Highly recommend Aliyah for her expertise and her genuine care of her clients!
